Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Saint Augustine.

“Your laws have the power to temper bitter experiences in a constructive way, recalling us to Yourself from the pestilential life of easy comforts which have taken us away from You.”

²⁴ Therefore the Law has become our guardian to lead us to Christ, so that we may be justified by faith.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for such a perfect law and for giving us a way to be justified in the face of it. Forgive us, for being so hard-hearted and stubborn in our evil ways that it required Jesus to lay it all down for our sake. Thank You, for the law that leads us to Christ and for allowing us victory through Him. Increase our faith and help our unbelief to the point of being in lockstep with Your Holy Spirit so we will not carry out the desires of our flesh, but desire only to do Your will. In Jesus’ name, amen.
