Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from G. K. Chesterton.
“They have invented a new phrase that is a black-white contradiction in two words – ‘free love.’ As if a lover had been, or ever could be, free. It is the nature of love to bind itself.”
Colossians 3:14 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
14 Beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.
Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You. Bless You, for binding us to Yourself in the deepest unity of love. Help us all to put on this love each day, in all situations, regardless of the cost. May Your love continue to be our motivation to walk in imitation of You. Fix our minds on Your glorious display of love as we head out into the self-absorbed fallen world to be lights for Your honor and glory. Maranatha! In Jesus’ name, amen.
