Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Charles R. Swindoll.
“As members of the body of Christ, the church, we have a responsibility to live lives of faith and obedience in such a way that we positively stir up others toward spiritual growth.”
New American Standard Bible 1995
17 Iron sharpens iron,
So one man sharpens another.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for gifting us the church and for making us members of the body of Christ. Praise the unique gifts and talents that you have blessed us with that allow us to minister to one another in love and grow in the likeness of Christ. Thank You for the sharpening that takes place when we hold all things to the truth of Your Word and drag all darkness into the light. Enable all our encounters to result with sharper iron for the truth and softer edges for others pain. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
