You Have Been Prayed For… 1 CORINTHIANS 9:24

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from A. W. Tozer.

“The man who is constantly reciting the evils of his unconverted days is looking in the wrong direction.  He is like a man trying to run a race while looking back over his shoulder.

1 Corinthians 9:24 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

24 Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may win.

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Direct our gaze towards the goal and purpose You have for us.  Thank You and Bless You for cleaning us from our past sins and making a way for future cleaning when we will but repent and confess that Jesus is Lord.  Help us not to look back at the life of flesh and sin we were stuck in before Your calling.  Continue to be our compass that is lock on Truth so we can win this race before us, but not for us or by our power, but always and forever for Your glory and honor by the power of the Holy Spirit.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

  1. For Your glory and honor.” How true that is brother. We focus on the uplifting and honoring of Jesus with everything we think and do. Then He provides all we need. What a deal! He is the Provider of all we need!

Prov. 16:3 Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.
