Many make the comment that the majority of the people I spend time with are more experienced than I am, that is to say, they have years on me. I count this as a blessing. I find that the patience and experience of my mature brothers and sisters enriches me and makes me a better Christian. This however is the smaller gift. The real joy comes in giving what was received to others. The watering and nurturing of the next crop of Jesus’ bountiful harvest.
Job 12:12New American Standard Bible (NASB)
12 “Wisdom is with aged men, long life is understanding.
Abba, my loving and all powerful God, thank You for this day and for all my blessings. I pray over Your Word today, meditating in wait for Your wisdom and understanding. As I offer a prayer of thanksgiving right now for all the aged men in my life, I pray that You will use all the trials of my life along with all the victories You afforded me to pass down to the next generation what was passed to me. I pray for a hedge of protection to surround all my as we go forth in the name of Jesus, amen.

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
Heavenly Father, hallelujah for this truth and for using Your disciples to record it for the world to see. I pray that when we encounter the unbeliever You will draw our hearts and minds to this truth and allow us to witness to this fact in our lives, that we are all broken and covered in sin which is why we so desperately seek You. Not that we are righteous or blameless (Romans 3:10 [Pss 4:1-3 & 53:1-3]) but in constant need of our Lord Jesus Christ, whose very name it is in that I pray, amen 🙏🏼
As I reviewed this prayer I can clearly see and hope those that know me well enough see as well that this type of thinking and writing is far beyond my own capabilities and that it is all the work of The Holy Spirit. Ask and you shall receive and I asked to be used and this is the fruit.

Romans 10:17 [NASB]
17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your word and placing me in places that I would hear it. Thank You for putting in my heart and mind a desire for truth and a determination to look into it for myself. Not simply listening to others but doing the work myself. Praise Your name and continue to bless us, in the name of Jesus, amen 🙏🏼

Nahum 1:7 [NASB]
The Lord is good,
A stronghold in the day of trouble,
And He knows those who take refuge in Him.
Dear God, my Heavenly Father, hallelujah for being our stronghold and for knowing us better than we know ourselves. I pray for more of Your goodness and mercy for my brothers and sisters today. Where we are weak Lord, please make us strong so we can help carry the burdens of others for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, amen 🙏🏼
I raise a hallelujah, for this morning that You gave to me. I raise a hallelujah, for the heart You put inside of me…
I had the song from Bethel Music Raise a Hallelujah on my mind and in my heart as I slept last night and as I woke this morning. In fact, I have had this song glued to me since I heard a guest (Setnick Sene His YouTube) sing it past Sunday at Calvary Jupiter. Of course, those of you that know the song know that I changed the lyrics. I did so based on the things that I am grateful for this morning. I mention this to share how a song and offering worship to God has turned my mornings into my favorite part of the day. I pray that I can practice more of this throughout my days with the goal or perfect union with the Holy Spirit until we see Him coming on the clouds…
Psalm 71:20New International Version (NIV)
20 Though You have made me see troubles, many and bitter, You will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth You will again bring me up.
Abba, my caring and merciful Father, please hear my prayer. I am so thankful and grateful that You help me to see troubles and bitter things. While I do not enjoy them, I know You are using them to mature our relationship. I pray for wisdom and understanding during these bitter moments so that I can use them for Your glory and not play the victim, which I am so accustomed to doing. Heavenly Father, I pray for a blanket of grace and peace to cloak us, Your children, as we go out into Your glorious day. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Welcome to this new day The Lord made my faith family. I am hopeful all of us will be provided many opportunities today to serve Him and that we may not miss a single coin or sheep, but that we take His call and follow Him daily. Grace and peace to you all.
Exodus 4:12New American Standard Bible (NASB)
12 Now then go, and I, even I, will be with your mouth, and teach you what you are to say.”
Heavenly Father, You are so loving and compassionate. I find myself in awe You each morning You give me. I pray that as were with Moses, You will also be with my mouth and teach me what I am to say. I pray that we, Your children and heirs, are quiet enough to hear You and bold enough to follow. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Of course I borrow this wonderful opening from Paul. As I look over Philippians 1:3-4 it also provides exactly how and what I feel for all of you. “3 I give thanks to my God for every remembrance of you, 4 always praying with joy for all of you in my every prayer” [PHI 1:3-4 CSB]
Lamentations 3:40New American Standard Bible (NASB)
40 Let us examine and probe our ways, And let us return to the Lord.
Abba, Our Heavenly Father, Creator of life, how great and awesome is Your lovingkindness.
Help us to examine how we are conducting ourselves and make the appropriate changes to align with Your will. I pray that we sincerely take inventory with Your guidance and wisdom to become aware of areas that require a change. I pray that once You make known to us our wrongs that You would also place in our hearts the desire to improve, to grow in our relationships with You, and to fully surrender to your overwhelming love. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Happy Sunday my faith family. How I look forward to corporate worship on Sunday mornings and fellowship with those of you that attend Calvary with me. How I long to open my heart and soul for Him, to praise and honor Our God. My hope is in Jesus and I pray yours is as well.
Psalm 145:18New American Standard Bible (NASB)
18 The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.
Heavenly Father, please accept my blessings and praise as a pleasing offering and adoration of Your greatness. Thank You for indwelling us with Your Holy Spirit and sealing us with the precious blood of Jesus. I pray that we, Your children and creation, would call upon You in all our busyness to offer praise and thank You for the miracle of life. I pray Lord Jesus, that You establish our steps and I continue to pray for all the lost to be found. In the name of Jesus, amen.
Hallelujah, and good morning my faith family. We made it through another week, thanks be to God, as I know for my case it was Him that sustained me. As I prayed for all of you this morning, walking under the stars He created, I once again found peace in His Word. I find the comfort of being in conversation with my dearest friend so overwhelming that I strive to make it a part of every hour of every day. If you have not found your peace in Jesus yet, I earnestly continue my prayers, without ceasing, and with a heart of thanksgiving that you do.
Isaiah 50:4New American Standard Bible (NASB)
4 The Lord [a]God has given Me the tongue of disciples, That I may know how to sustain the weary one with a word. He awakens Me morning by morning, He awakens My ear to listen as a disciple.
Lord Jesus, we adore You for so many reasons. It is because of You that we find joy. For this reason, I pray I never grow tired of coming to You, that we would continue to grow our relationship with You. I pray that as You awaken us each morning we thank You for the gift of life and look for the opportunities You provide to hear and obey. Use us today my Lord to bring glory to Our Heavenly Father, control our tongues to speak life, and establish our paths in peace. In Your Holy name Jesus, amen.
