You Have Been Prayed For… EXODUS 20:20

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Andrew Murray.

“The great test of whether the holiness we profess to seek or to attain, is truth and life, will be whether it be manifest in the increasing humility it produces.

Exodus 20:20 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

20 However, Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid; for God has come in order to test you, and in order that the fear of Him may remain with you, so that you will not sin.”

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for removing fear from the hearts of Your children. Praise the humility producing holiness that can only come from the indwelling of Your Holy Spirit in the hearts of Your chosen. Thank You, for being with us at all times and in all places so we can boldly proclaim the work of Your hands. May all the grace You pour into our lives lead us to freedom from sins and a peace that is without end.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

“Sometimes God may allow hardship to reach us because He wants His mercy to reach beyond us.

Romans 5:3-4 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

And not only this, but we also celebrate in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope;

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for this new day. Your servant praises Your name regardless of the hardships that are already presenting themselves. Pressure and tribulations are abundant, but they pale compared to Your great love and mighty grace. Help us to celebrate in these times knowing the hope that You have rooted in the challenge. May every knee bow and every voice sing Your praises. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Praise Your perfect judgments and Your flawless justice. Thank You, for granting us so much grace and mercy that we have no claim to based on our works, but praise Your name for the joy and rejoicing these gifts lead to. Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Dale Ralph Davis.

“… contempt for God’s ‘stuff’ is the same as contempt for God himself.

Nehemiah 4:4 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Hear, O our God, how we are an object of contempt! Return their taunting on their own heads, and turn them into plunder in a land of captivity.

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for hearing our prayers and caring enough to answer. Praise You, for rescuing Your children throughout history from oppression and being taunted, especially when it interferes with Your grand purpose. Continue to protect us and give us the grace needed to remain strong in the face of the battles we encounter each day. Help us hold firm to You no matter the circumstance as we certainly know that there is no where else to turn.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

You Have Been Prayed For… ISAIAH 66:2

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from F. F. Bruce.

“The truly humble person is unconscious of his or her humility, let alone taking delight or pride in it.

Isaiah 66:2 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

For My hand made all these things,
So all these things came into being,” declares the Lord.
“But I will look to this one,
At one who is humble and contrite in spirit, and who trembles at My word.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Your servant praises You.  Bless Your perfect creation, Your grace and mercies that find us daily, and for being so much more than we could ever imagine. Thank You, for both teaching us humility and being the example for us to follow. Your servant prays this morning for all to become like the one spoken of here in the scroll of Isaiah, that we would become humble and contrite in spirit in such a way that we would help more souls find their home with You.  In Jesus’ name, amen.

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for making prayer possible. For giving us a way to communication with our Maker and Creator of all. Thank You, for awakening our souls to reality and showing us our need for You. Thank You, for hearing our prayers and answering our supplications and intercession we bring before You. Please continue to pour Your grace into our lives and use us to intercede for all our brothers and sisters who are in need of Your love. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You Have Been Prayed For… ACTS 5:29

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Dale Ralph Davis.

“Faith does not predict God’s ways; it simply holds to God’s word; faith obeys God’s truth, it does not manipulate God’s hand; faith is not required to plot God’s course but only to obey God’s command.

Acts 5:29 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

29 But Peter and the apostles answered, “We must obey God rather than men.

Abba, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises You.  Bless You, for life saving faith and for changing our hearts so we can experience the joy and hope of placing faith in You. Praise You, for teaching us that it is You we are to obey rather then men, who are fill with sin and evil desires. Your servant knows well the deceitful heart within and is very grateful and thankful for the continuous correction You provide to those who love You. Help grow our faith and continue the good work You have started until we are acceptable for the coming Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, amen.
