Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.
Bless You, for providing us the gift of feeling all the emotions. Help us in our times of sadness to look to You for comfort. Remind us of the hope that remains. Guide us as we grieve and heal us through the hurt. I know I too often avoid the work of dealing with the roots of my feelings and spend too much time seeking comfort in worthless things. I beg You, Sovereign Lord, to help get my heart and head in full alignment with Yours. May Your words bless and comfort us all.
Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
