Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Warren Wiersbe.

13 Truly I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be spoken of in memory of her.”

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. 

Bless You, for these reminders found in the works of one of Your saints that point us to these believing women who forsook all to follow Your Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ. Having these records of such undivided devotion to You is so inspiring. I confess anger at the disrespectful handling of Your word and how the world tries to blur the truth of the beauty that You created us, man and woman. But Lord, I also confess bringing that anger into areas where it does not belong. Help me in these moments to have a compassionate heart and to recall what Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and of Joses, Salome, and so many more devoted women have done, which is to simply follow You.

Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
