13 There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.
Bless You, for giving us the example and words to follow to display our love for You to the world. Help me to lay down the old life, the cares of this world, and the worry of riches. Empower me to pick up my cross and grant me the mercy I so desperately need. I desire to lose this life for Jesus’ sake. My hope is that my little bit of faith is enough to grow as Your grace makes all things new.
Father, thank You that You heard this prayer. Amen, in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
