Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. 

Bless You, for this new day and opportunity to serve and thank You. Praise Your holiness and tender care that compels us to seek a deeper relationship with You. I need Your help and graces today to overcome the distractions and stresses of this fallen world. Please keep my mind sharp and my heart soft so no sin or wickedness can cause me harm and Your Holy Spirit to grieve.
