Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Charles H. Spurgeon.
“The Holy Spirit consoles, but Christ is the consolation.”
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17
New American Standard Bible 1995
16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace, 17 comfort and strengthen your hearts in every good work and word.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.
Bless You, for consoling and comforting us when we feel so low and helpless. Praise Your faithfulness and grace that is always there to comfort and strengthen our hearts. You are amazing, Lord. Placing my hope and trust in You is the best thing I have ever done, and I thank You for giving me the heart and power to do it. As we go out into Your fields, help us to comfort and encourage others with the gospel message. May our walk reflect the light we now have inside us. Help us clearly reveal that we have an unshakable hope in Christ our Lord.
Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
