Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Derek Kidner.

“God’s patience is not placidity, any more than His fierce anger is loss of control, His laughter cruelty, or His pity sentimentality.”

⁹ The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. 

Bless You, for being perfect and holy in all that You do. Praise Your patience towards us as we slowly learn to trust in You and allow Your to conform us to the image of Your Son. Help me to be slow and patient. Teach me how to be tender and meek. Thank You for saving me. I pray You to fill me to overflowing with Your Holy Spirit today so my obedience would grow and my fruit would only be good and pleasing. Never let me forget how amazing You are. May You alone be the treasure of my heart.

Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
