Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Charles H. Spurgeon.
“Christ is the solace of our life. All our true joy comes from Him, and in times of trouble, His presence is our consolation.”
Galatians 5:22-23
New American Standard Bible 1995
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.
Bless You, for providing us a joy in Yourself that nothing else on earth can come close to matching. Help us to produce and enjoy more of Your fruit in our lives. Guide us in the ways of self-control. Empower us to love and walk in peace with gentle and kind hearts. Remove all stumbling blocks that hinder us from walking along Your path of righteousness. Keep us under Your wings and remind us of all the promises You have made to us. You are truly more amazing and glorious than our words can ever express.
Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
