³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, ⁴ who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for being the God of all comfort. Praise You for drawing us closer to You and for conforming us more and more each day into the image of our Lord Jesus. As we get closer and closer to Christ we experience the true joy and peace which You created us for. Thank You for revealing Your glory and holiness to us. All glory to You for the call on my life that results in the hope I now have in Your promises. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
