⁵ He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for saving us according to Your rich mercy. Praise Your renewing work of regeneration that washes away our sins and provides us everything we need to live as You have planned. Thank You for being our good Father and sacrificing our Lord Jesus to save us from the just penalty of the law. Please empower us with Your Holy Spirit as we share with others the power of the Gospel and display our new lives in Christ. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
