Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from R.C. Sproul.
“It is dangerous to assume that because a person is drawn to holiness in his study that he is thereby a holy man.”
Revelation 4:8
New American Standard Bible 1995
8 And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within; and day and night they do not cease to say,
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come.”
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless Your holy, holy, holy name. Praise You for being the most holy and Almighty over all creation. Thank You for revealing Your glory and extending so much grace to us. Humble us as we are drawn to Your holiness and help us not assume for a moment that we have any part of holiness apart from You. We admit our need for Your love and grace in all we do. Help us to grow in holiness as we decrease so You can increase. We thank You for conforming us to the image of Jesus, our Lord. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
