Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Jerry Bridges.

“We must never so emphasize the Word and prayer, which are God’s instruments of grace, that we lose sight of Christ, who is the source of our life.”

³⁵ Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for sending Your Holy Spirit into our hearts to constantly remind us of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Praise You for all the glory that is found in Your grace and love. Thank You for being our bread of life and our streams of living water. Help us to not take the gifts of prayer and Your Word for granted and also help us to remember they are the instruments of Your grace to keep our focus on Christ, our Lord. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
