Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Charles H. Spurgeon.
“The armor-bearer of Sin is Self-confidence.”
1 Samuel 14:7
New American Standard Bible 1995
7 His armor bearer said to him, “Do all that is in your heart; turn yourself, and here I am with you according to your desire.”
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for providing me with such amazing armor-bearers. Praise You for empowering them to cover my back where I cannot see and for showing me the truth when I am telling myself lies. Thank You for being our ultimate Armor-bearer, the One who is our Shield. Knowing that You are there and that You are for us brings us peace and joy. All glory and honor to You, our Lord. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Thank you for sharing your heart my brother. You also are the iron that sharpens iron, guided by the Lord Jesus Christ. Brothers in Christ is not just a catch phrase, it is life together!
