Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Paul Washer.

“People say that the cross is a sign of how much man is worth. That is simply not true. The cross is a sign of how depraved we really are. The only thing that could save people like us was the Son of God bearing the wrath of His own Father, paying the price for sin with His death, then rising again from the dead. These are powerful words; this is the gospel of Jesus.”

²⁰ and through Him to reconcile all things to Himself, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for providing us peace through the cross. Help us to better understand the depths and blessings that are found in the cross of Christ. Praise Your perfect will that is fixed on revealing Your glory through loving us and giving up Yourself so we can be with You forever. Thank You for the blood, the peace, and the joy that we can only find in Jesus. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
