Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from John Stott.
“… life on earth is a brief pilgrimage between two moments of nakedness.”
Job 1:21
New American Standard Bible
21 He said,
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
And naked I shall return there.
The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away.
Blessed be the name of the Lord.”
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for covering our nakedness with the blood of Jesus in this life and for the promise of fresh white robes in the life to come. Praise You for every good and perfect gift that is provided for us. Thank You for the grace and mercies that are there to meet us each morning. Help us to see these gifts and fuel our praise and worship of You for them. Grant our loved ones the eyes to see the truth and the hearts to love You. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
