Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Charles R. Swindoll.

“The sword of truth has but one target: the heart. And when the heart of a hypocrite is pierced, it bleeds resentment and, ultimately, hatred. As a result, those who hold the sword of truth will find themselves hunted by evil.”

¹² For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless Your word that pierces our hearts with light and truth. Praise the power of Your word that exposes the intentions of our hearts and for the grace that turns them towards You. Thank You for the Scriptures that provide us the answers we need for living according to Your will. Help us as we open Your word to learn all that we need in order to live in freedom and truth. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
