Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Charles R. Swindoll.

“Without an attitude of confession, we’ll begin to stockpile sin and guilt, which will turn to worry and shame, which will drive us farther from the light of God’s purity, holiness, righteousness, and truth.”

But he who confesses and forsakes them will find compassion.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for the gift of confession and for Your loving grace that provides joy and peace. Thank You for cleansing us with the blood of our Lord Jesus. Praise You for being so compassionate with us when we humble ourselves before You. Search our hearts and expose whatever You find that is not of You so we can confess and be healed. Guide all our steps towards Yourself as we grow in the likeness of Your Son and our Savior Jesus Christ. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. Amen in Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit.
