Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Warren W. Wiersbe.
“You cannot build with a sword nor battle with a trowel! It takes both to get the Lord’s work accomplished.”
Nehemiah 4:17
World English Bible
17 Those who built the wall, and those who bore burdens loaded themselves; everyone with one of his hands did the work, and with the other held his weapon.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for creating us with two hands to do good work for Your kingdom. Guide us with heavenly wisdom as to when to use the sword and the trowel. Thank You for allowing us to support our brethren, that for whatever reason, are limited physically, and show them the love of Jesus. May all hands be raised to praise You for Your faithful love, mercies, and grace. Forgive us when we use these gifts for sin, and thank You for always picking us back up and cleansing us when we confess. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
