Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Charles R. Swindoll.
“Until we finally give up any notion of entitlement, contribution, or partnership in salvation, we will never truly appreciate the work that Christ has done for us – and is doing in us.”
Jonah 2:9
New American Standard Bible 1995
9 But I will sacrifice to You
With the voice of thanksgiving.
That which I have vowed I will pay.
Salvation is from the Lord.”
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for salvation through grace alone. Praise the heart change that is the result of this glorious gift that sets new desire in our hearts to obey as a show of love rather than an effort to earn what only Jesus could. Help us to shine bright as a sign of our great love for You to reveal more of Your glory on earth. Thank You for preparing our rooms to come as citizens of heaven. We eagerly await our homecoming, but in the meantime we pray You continue to finish the good work which You have started. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Psalm 138:7
Though I walk in the midst of trouble, YOU will revive me.
Ty Father for restoration, and giving us strength for the work You have for us.
