Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Charles R. Swindoll.

“Prayer turns our attention from ourselves to God, from earthly things to heavenly things, from life lived in the horizontal to life lived in the vertical. When we find ourselves mentally, emotionally, or spiritually drained, we need make prayer our first response – not the thing we try as a last resort when all else fails.”

¹² “For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous,
And His ears attend to their prayer,
But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for the gift or prayer. Thank You for making a way to communicate with You our heavenly Father. Thank You for turning Your eyes towards us and for seeing us as Your children. Help us to submit to Your will and keep us from temptation and our wicked ways. Remind us in every temptation that we have a way out, a life line to use to call upon the name above every name. May our prayers be pure and may the answers reveal more of Your glory. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
