You Have Been Prayed For… PROVERBS 8:13

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Warren W. Wiersbe.

“Perhaps more than anything else, it is pride that keeps successful people from trusting Jesus Christ.”

Proverbs 8:13
New American Standard Bible

13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil;
Pride, arrogance, the evil way,
And the perverted mouth, I hate.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for loving the humble and hating the proud. Help us to love what You love and hate what You hate. Turn our hearts from fear of everything but You alone. Praise You for giving us new desires that cry out to You, and for removing the wickedness of pride and arrogance from our hearts. Thank You for the forgiveness You provide when we return to these wicked ways and for placing us back on Your path of righteousness so faithfully. You tell us in Your Scriptures that we will fall but get back up, and we give You the glory for each time You place us back on our feet under our Rock of Salvation. Father, we thank You that You have heard us. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
