Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Warren W. Wiersbe.
“The way to clean up a dirty vocabulary is not to brush your teeth but to cleanse your heart.”
Proverbs 6:12
New American Standard Bible 1995
12 A worthless person, a wicked man,
Is the one who walks with a perverse mouth,
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all unrighteousness. Help us put all perverse speech to death as we now live and have our being in and through Christ Jesus. Cleanse our hearts so our lips can pour forth praise for Your holy name. We thirst for Your righteousness and desire to walk in the way of our Lord. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Very true words. My late father was very guilty of using bad words and comments. In retrospect probably was a positive thing that he walked away from my mother and I when I was 5 years old. Still remember some of his remarks, can only imagine how tainted my vocabulary would be.

It has been said, words never die. Important to stop think and pray before we speak, but who among us can? 🙏🏼🛡
