Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from J. Vernon McGee.
“Many folk begin the study of prophecy with enthusiasm, but when they find that it is applicable to this life, and makes demands upon them personally, they lose interest and it becomes a bitter thing.”
Acts 8:23
New King James Version
23 For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity.”
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You. Bless You, for leading us away from our bitterness and towards Your most beautiful light. Praise You for making the end known to us who read Your Word. Bless You, for giving us hope so we can avoid becoming bitter. Only with Your help can we maintain our excitement for what is to come. By Your power and love, we can face all the current pain and disorder this fallen world can produce. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Oh that I would never be poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity Oh Lord.
Thank you for being my rock, my fortress , the strength of my salvation, my high tower, my Savior…
