Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Martin Luther.

“Our dear Lord, who has given to us and taught us to pray the Psalter and the Lord’s Prayer, grants to us also the spirit of prayer and of grace so that we pray with enthusiasm and earnest faith, properly and without ceasing, for we need to do this; He has asked for it and therefore wants to have it from us. To Him be praise, honor, and thanksgiving. Amen.”

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

¹⁶ Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for teaching us and gifting us prayer. May every prayer we offer include thanksgiving to You for all You do for us. Thank You for the Psalter which includes everything we need to learn in regards to pouring our hearts out to and for You. Help us to always pray with enthusiasm and a true faith knowing You hear the prayers of Your people. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
