Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

“In response to the request of the disciples, Jesus gave them the Lord’s Prayer. Every prayer is contained in it. Whatever is included in the petitions of the Lord’s Prayer is prayed aright; whatever is not included is no prayer.”

Luke 11:2-4
New American Standard Bible

And He said to them, “When you pray, say:

‘Father, hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Give us each day our daily bread.
And forgive us our sins,
For we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us.
And do not lead us into temptation.’”

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for teaching us how we should pray. Praise You for allowing us to come before You as children of the Most High in our times of need. Thank You for calling us and leading us into Your glorious kingdom. Help us to keep this prayer forever in our hearts and minds. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
