⁸ See to it that there is no one who takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception in accordance with human tradition, in accordance with the elementary principles of the world, rather than in accordance with Christ.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for using us, Your Church, to minister to the world. Keep our minds set on the truth and protect us from every lie and temptation that the world offers us. Guard us with Your heavenly armor as we strive to walk in accordance with Christ for Your glory. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
