² Consider it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you encounter various trials, ³ knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for being our firm foundation, the Rock on which we stand. Truly faithful in every season and so gracious to the humble. Lord, help us grow through our trials into the likeness of Your Son and our Savior. Help us to hold all things to the light of Your truth so we will not slip or fall when things appear to be against us. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
