Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Natasha Crain.

“Godly humility is knowing one’s rightful place in subordination to God. If the Bible is God’s own Word to us, we’re not being arrogant by believing and proclaiming what the Creator of the universe has Himself said is true. Rather, we are humbly submitting to that truth.”

³ He humbled you and let you be hungry, and fed you with manna which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that He might make you understand that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by everything that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless Your unfailing Word that dictates truth to Your creation. Thank You for sending us Jesus, Your beloved Son, to example for us what humility looks like. Help us to cling to You, humbly, knowing we live and have our being in You alone. Satisfy our thirst for righteousness every time we come to our Bibles knowing that within Your Word we are truly fed. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
