Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from St. Francis of Sales.

“Wood, iron, and stone must feel the wedge, the hammer, and the fire before they will change their form; and so must it be with a heart that resembles them in its hardness and insusceptibility to divine impressions, and remains entrenched in its own will and fortified by the inclinations which follow in the train of our corrupted nature. A heart on the other hand that is plastic, soft and yielding, is called a melted or liquified heart.”

Ezekiel 11:19

¹⁹ And I will give them one heart, and put a new spirit within them. And I will remove the heart of stone from their flesh and give them a heart of flesh,

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for being faithful and loving in all Your ways. Thank You, for removing our hearts of stone so they can be melted into a heart that burns for You alone. Continue to expose and destroy our love for idols that only cause us harm, and help us with Your strength and guidance to stay on Your holy highway. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
