Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Jeanne Guyon.

“When your heart displays enough faithfulness to be willing to give up the gifts of God in order to reach God Himself, God will shower you with the very gifts that you have set aside. But god quickly removes Himself from those who are only seeking His gifts and graces, and not Him alone.”

Nehemiah 9:6
New American Standard Bible

⁶ You alone are the Lord.
You have made the heavens,
The heaven of heavens with all their lights,
The earth and everything that is on it,
The seas and everything that is in them.
You give life to all of them,
And the heavenly lights bow down before You.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless You, for giving life to all things. Praise the work that You alone could do. Help us to look past the greatest of Your gifts and into the glory that surrounds You. If the heavenly lights bow down before You, how much more should we. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
