“Lord, I confess I don’t like it, but please do not give in to me. Just wait, Lord – and I will give in to You.”

⁴² saying, “Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.”

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless the faithfulness You extend to Your Church and all the saints. We thank You for the mercies and grace that await us each morning. Help us to believe more in Your perfect will and less in our own. Be our strength as we endure our trials until we repent and give in to You. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
