Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this thought from Jim Cymbala.

“If we don’t enjoy being in His presence here and now, then heaven would not be heaven for us. Why would He send anyone there who doesn’t long for Him passionately here on earth?”

⁶⁸ Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have words of eternal life. ⁶⁹ And we have already believed and have come to know that You are the Holy One of God.”

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and worships You.  Bless Your wisdom and perfect logic. We like Peter ask, “to whom shall we go?” Knowing we are nothing apart from You keeps us so close. Thank You for making us as You did so we would not turn completely from the riches of Your grace. Help us to express this truth to our loved ones with compassion as we hopefully wait on their excepting Your call. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
