7 My people are bent on backsliding from Me.
Though they call to the Most High,
None at all exalt Him.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for convicting us of sin and making us hate its hold on the world. Praise Your faithfulness in responding to our calling out, our crying out, and our pleading in times of distress. The fact that You know we will backslide and You choose to love us anyway is what breaks sinners and turns us into adopted children of heaven. We thank You for the grace in Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
