Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Woodrow Kroll.

“If we are enjoying sin and praying to God at the same time, we are showing more respect to sin than to God. God is under no obligation to listen to prayers that come from disrespectful hearts. If we approve of something we know is wrong and attempt to talk with God at the same time, we might as well save our breath.”

¹³ And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Thank You, for lovingly convicting us when we sin. The gracious prompting You faithfully deliver when we are going against You is praiseworthy. Give us new desires and make sin appear to us as abominable as it is to You. In Jesus’ name and in the power of the Holy Spirit, amen.
