Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Max Lucado.
“The key to forgiving others is to quit focusing on what they did to you and start focusing on what God did for you.”
Luke 17:3-4
New American Standard Bible
3 Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. 4 And if he sins against you seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for every good gift we thankfully receive and the amazing grace You faithfully provide. Thank You for forgiving us and for this reminder today that we too must forgive. Help us to pray blessings over those who have wronged us; knowing every sin committed is a sin against You. We admit that we are all beggars suffering the same condition, that we are in need of Your life-giving bread and water. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
