You Have Been Prayed For… 1 SAMUEL 2:9

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Max Lucado.

“You wonder why God doesn’t remove temptation from your life? If He did, you might lean on your own strength instead of His grace.”

1 Samuel 2:9
New American Standard Bible

He watches over the feet of His godly ones,
But the wicked ones are silenced in darkness;
For not by might shall a person prevail.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for faithfully providing our needs and triumphantly providing our salvation by Your amazing grace. Help us to boast in You alone for all good gifts and to never cease in our leaning on You in all things. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.

  1. Another timely topic. Today six of us went to a casino. I went along to keep Ann Marie and her 90 year old aunt company. The other couple was in town for yesterday’s birthday party. The quick loss of money should be a good lesson not to gamble, which Ann Marie and I are going to adhere to.
