⁴ Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  How great are You and how wondrous are Your ways that lead to life and understanding. Guard our hearts from the desires of the flesh and our attention away from the troubles of our circumstances. Help us to hold fast to You as You so faithfully hold on to us. May Your love for us bring us strength in the face of our temptations and may our feet take us quickly in the opposite direction of sin. In Jesus’ name, amen.
