You Have Been Prayed For… 2 CORINTHIANS 7:10

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Charles R. Swindoll.

“The difference between sorrow inflicted by God and sorrow inflicted by the world is that one is purposeful while the other is pointless. Sorrow according to God produces repentance; worldly sorrow produces death.”

2 Corinthians 7:10
New American Standard Bible

10 For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for giving us hearts of flesh that lead us to repentance and thereby to salvation, and for all of it being absolutely based on the grace You give because You love us so much. Keep our hearts away from the sorrows of the world and the desires of our flesh so we can solely focused on Your glory alone. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.

  1. Amen! So many times I’m in a place that doesn’t glorify God! He brings us about and shows Himself so beautifully perfect in every way! Hallelujah for being open in those times.♥️🙏🏻
