Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from F. F. Bruce.
“There is no sin to which Christians – especially ‘keen’ Christians – are more prone than the sin of censoriousness… When we pass swift, uninformed, unloving and ungenerous judgments, surely we have forgotten that if we speak evil of them at the same time we speak evil of the Lord whose name they bear.”
Matthew 7:1-2
New American Standard Bible
7 “Do not judge, so that you will not be judged. 2 For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for convicting us when we pass hypocritical judgments without love. Help us to lovingly rebuke the sins of our brothers with gentleness knowing we need the same rebukes ourselves. Give us the strength required to come alongside a brother in need and love them back into Your good graces. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
All I can say is everyday!! Ty Matthew!

Wow. Those words made an immediate impact on my thoughts and what I would have said about others. F.F. Bruce made it crystal clear. A timely lesson for a meeting that I’m having with my son and his family 👪 this Sunday. Thank you Matthew 🙏🙏
