Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Thomas Brooks.

²³ For the wages of sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for putting sin to death for those that place their faith in You. Praise Your faithfulness and love that defeats sin every time. Help us to lay down the old self and put on Christ as we allow You to perfect the good work that has been started in us. Lead us away from temptation so we can escape the wages of sin and experience Your gracious gifts. In Jesus’ name, amen.
