Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Thomas Brooks.
“It is not he that reads most, but he that meditates most, that will prove the choicest, sweetest, wisest and strongest Christian.”
Psalm 1:1-2 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
1 Blessed is the person who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,
Nor stand in the path of sinners,
Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!
2 But his delight is in the Law of the Lord,
And on His Law he meditates day and night.
Blessed Lord, in the name of our Savior Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for fresh mornings that give us the opportunity to bow low in adoration. Thank You for revealing Your word to us so we can meditate on them and delight in them. Praise the words of Your mouth that are food to our souls. They are glorious and give life to us as we hold fast to them and renew our minds day and night with the wonder of it all. Continue to feed us the true daily bread as we wait in hope and anticipation of Your glorious return. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
Ohhhhh…….awaiting His Glorious return !!
