You Have Been Prayed For… PROVERBS 23:9

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer these lines from Saint Augustine.

“Those with whom I wish to argue in Your presence, my God, are those who grant the correctness of all these things which Your truth utters in my inner mind. Those who deny them may bark as much as they like and by their shouting discredit themselves.”

Proverbs 23:9 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

Do not speak to be heard by a fool,
For he will despise the wisdom of your words.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for revealing Yourself to mankind so we can know You and Truth. Please grant Your children a spirit of boldness for speaking truth with humility and discernment. Protect our hearts and minds from believing the louder or harsher voices as we encounter hatred in this world. Help us bind Your word on the tablets of our hearts and remember that He who is in us in greater than he who is in the world. Praise Your Holy name for guiding us in Spirit and Truth. In Jesus’ name, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
