You Have Been Prayed For… JOB 2:10

Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Arthur W. Pink.

“Faithfulness demands that we speak as plainly about hell as about heaven.”

Job 2:10 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

10 But he said to her, “You are speaking as one of the foolish women speaks. Shall we actually accept good from God but not accept adversity?” Despite all this, Job did not sin with his lips.

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for giving Your saints a spirit of boldness to speak plainly and confidently about what You have revealed. Praise You for blessing us with Your wisdom and understanding that gives us our hope. Help our unbelief and increase our faith so we can give a defense to anyone that may ask us for this hope we have in You. Let us not ignore the dangers of hell ensuring we do not backslide into the old life we have laid down for newness of life in and through Jesus Christ, in whose Holy name we pray, amen.

If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.

  1. Thank you Matthew! Boldness to call sin what it is. Boldness to address things that we would never address in our flesh. Happy Wednesday my brother. May this be for us, the glorious day He created!
