Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this line from Saint Augustine.

“The human race is inquisitive about other people’s lives, but negligent to correct their own.”

⁵ Test yourselves to see if you are in the faith; examine yourselves! Or do you not recognize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you—unless indeed you fail the test?

Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You.  Bless You, for searching our hearts and showing us through conviction what needs our attention. Continue to test us and refine us as we grow in faith and in the desire to carry out Your perfect will for our lives. Lead us in all understanding and grant us the wisdom to pass this test of faith so our words, thoughts, and actions would be well-pleasing to You. Thank You for giving us such wonderful gifts and providing the grace we do not deserve but so desperately need. In Jesus’ name, amen.
