Hallelujah, praise the living God for another day to pray for you all and be used by Him. Today I offer this question from Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
“Why should we be afraid of one another, since both of us have only God to fear?”
Ecclesiastes 5:7 New American Standard Bible (NASB)
7 For in many dreams and in many words there is futility. Rather, fear God.
Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus, Your servant praises and thanks You. Bless You, for the many warnings and commands to fear not. Help us with Your wisdom to bind Your words to the tablet of our hearts. Remind us of how much we are alike and how we are to love one another rather than fear one another. Help us to be humble peace-makers with all of our neighbors as we rejoice in the grace You have given to all of us. Continue to protect us from ourselves and from the evil one as we pray without ceasing, growing closer to You day by day. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If this prayer blessed you or brought you peace, please share this with someone in need.
What a beautiful message of love today! And a perfect prayer with it. No fear, love instead. Thank you Matthew.
